On September 15, 2026, an information and awareness-raising meeting was held at the premises of KUS LLP with the participation of representatives of the Department of Economic Investigations for the Atyrau Region.

The event was attended by representatives of the Department of Economic Investigations for the Atyrau Region, members of the Management Board, as well as employees of the Company.

The main purpose of the meeting was to improve the legal and financial literacy of employees, as well as to provide information on the types of economic offenses and crimes stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the meeting, particular attention was paid to dropper activities, aiding and abetting theft and other unlawful acts involving the use of bank accounts and other financial instruments. Representatives of the Department explained the possible legal consequences of involving citizens in such schemes, as well as the need to exercise caution when conducting financial transactions.

The participants were also informed about common methods of fraud, including suspicious phone calls, messages, audio and video materials, as well as signs of potentially unlawful actions. Employees were given practical recommendations on recognizing suspicious communications and the procedure to follow when such situations arise, including how to contact the Department of Economic Investigations.

As part of the event, the Company's employees were able to ask questions of interest and receive explanations regarding practical aspects of combating economic offenses and crimes.

Holding such information and awareness-raising events contributes to improving employees' legal literacy, fostering a responsible attitude toward compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as preventing citizens from becoming involved in unlawful activities.
