Karabatan Utility Solutions LLP

Karabatan Utility Solutions LLP was established in 2014 and is part of the Samruk-Kazyna Sovereign Wealth Fund Group. It operates as a subsidiary of Samruk-Kazyna Ondeu LLP (formerly United Chemical Company LLP). The company was designated as the operator for the construction of production and offsite infrastructure facilities within the National Industrial Petrochemical Technopark Special Economic Zone in Atyrau Region, as part of the infrastructure development project for the NIPT SEZ.

Since 2018, Karabatan Utility Solutions LLP has been under the trust management of Samruk-Kazyna Constructions JSC. In 2020, the company entered its operational phase and has since been fully self-financing.
