Three employees of KUS LLP underwent training on the course "Work Safety Culture" organized by Samruk Business Academy in Astana on September 4 of the current year. The educational project was included in the Plan of measures on industrial safety for 2023, approved by Samruk-Kazyna Fund.

Employees of the Partnership have passed training on 7 modules developed on the basis of golden rules of safety culture according to modern international standards. Viktor Podnebesny, a coach of the Samruk-Kazyna Fund, acted as a lecturer.

"The peculiarity of the course was that we were taught not only modern rules of industrial safety. The program was aimed at changing consciousness, habits in the sense that the concept of "safety culture" became a daily norm for everyone. That is, safety is a person's personal responsibility not only in the workplace, but also at any time of the day. Further, we will transfer the acquired knowledge to our staff by organizing training by groups during the year," said Adlet Gusmanov, Acting Lead HSE Engineer of KUS LLP.
