Graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University with a degree in International Law. In 2020, he completed professional retraining at Lomonosov Moscow State University and obtained an additional qualification under the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program in the field of International Law.
Over the years, Maksat Orkenuly has held executive positions at LLP “BSG Technology”, LLC “BSG Technology”, JSC “KazMunayGas”, LLP “KazMunayGas Onimderi”, LLP “KazMunayGas Aero”, JSC “EmbaMunayGas”, and LLP “KazakhTurkMunay”.
Since March 28, 2025, he has held the position of Chairman of the Management Board of LLP “Karabatan Utility Solutions”.
