On August 13, 2026, under the leadership of R.A. Nukezhanov, Chairman of the Management Board of the Partnership, training exercises were conducted at the production block to assess the readiness of specialized services to respond promptly to possible emergency and abnormal situations.
The main objective of the exercises was to verify the coordinated actions of emergency and specialized services, response speed, organization of interaction between units, as well as personnel readiness to act in conditions as close as possible to real ones.
As part of the training exercises, two scenarios were practiced: a rescue operation at the water treatment site involving the extraction of a simulated casualty from a well and the containment of a simulated generator fire at a gas turbine station.
During the exercise, specialists demonstrated their readiness to respond promptly, interact between services, and perform tasks in accordance with established action algorithms in the event of emergencies and accidents.
The emergency rescue service, fire unit, and ambulance crew promptly arrived at the incident sites. Emergency service specialists cordoned off the area, ensured safety, rescued and handed over the casualty to medical personnel, evacuated workers, and contained the simulated fire.
The exercises proceeded as planned, with no casualties. The event made it possible to assess the readiness of personnel and specialized services, evaluate the effectiveness of response algorithms, and improve coordination between units in the event of emergency situations.
The safety, life, and health of employees are the Partnership's top priority. Regular practical training of actions in conditions as close as possible to real ones is an important element in improving the level of occupational and industrial safety.
